To fail is to succeed and continue to learn from our misfortunes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<cite><strong>-GEORGE ALDERETE<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">George describes the group of panelists as \u2018electric\u2019, offering their diverse perspectives, discussing opportunities in the growing beauty industry, and how to evolve and innovate in the ever-changing landscape.
