May 4, 2025 \u2013 Tonight, Virtue\u00ae<\/strong><\/a> takes over the 2026 Met Gala red carpet with standout hair moments created by one of the industry\u2019s most sought-after hair stylists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virtue Creative Director and celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel<\/strong> styled world renowned actress Nicole Kidman<\/strong>, co-chair of this year\u2019s Met Gala, alongside her daughter Sunday Rose<\/strong> and actress Gwendoline Christie<\/strong>, creating a series of head turning looks for each talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In celebration of this year\u2019s Met Gala theme \u2018Costume as Art\u2019, Adir drew from the theme while conceptualizing and designing the hairstyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each look was crafted using Virtue\u00ae<\/strong><\/a>products, Denman, BHBD Hair Extensions, and <\/strong>Shark Beauty<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE INSPIRATION:<\/strong>  Adir Abergel was inspired by the striking lines and reflective shine of Nicole\u2019s dress, crafting a hairstyle that echoed the same sense of light and movement. The look channels an effortless French-girl je ne sais quoi<\/em>, balancing polish with an air of ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor Nicole and Sunday\u2019s first Met Gala together, I wanted to create a meaningful connection for this special moment.  Hair became a subtle yet beautiful unifying thread, tying their looks together through a shared expression of modern elegance.\u201d – Adir Abergel<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE LOOK:<\/strong> Soft, barely-there bangs that feel effortless and flirtatious balanced by extra-long, ultra-glossy healthy hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STYLING HOW TO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The night before I\u00a0 like to have my clients start with Virtue Recovery Shampoo<\/a> and Virtue Recovery Conditioner <\/a>to get hair as shiny and healthy as possible before a big moment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The morning of the event on towel dried hair I used my favorite Denman D38 Detangling Brush<\/a> to delicately brush out any knots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. I then followed by applying Virtue Damage Reverse Serum<\/a> and a few pumps of Virtue Healing Oi<\/a>l to help protect and reverse damage in hair prior to blowout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. I began by blowdrying\u00a0 with a Denman paddle<\/a> and Shark Beauty FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System<\/a> to get the bangs to sweep perfectly and create just the right amount of shine and polish to the hair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. I then added 60 cm extensions in shade 9NG\/11N\u00a0 by BHBD, perfectly matching Nicole\u2019s color and texture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. To finish the look, I warmed a few drops of Virtue\u2019s Healing Oil<\/a> between my hands, gently tilted her head, and smoothed it through her long, golden locks for an added veil of luster and shine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
